Sr. Marketing Communications Manager
eMeter, A Siemens Business is looking for a Sr. Marketing Communications Manager to join our agile marketing team. As a key member of the marketing team, this position is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy for our global business segment. Our ideal candidate successfully drives marketing program with numerous stakeholders and dependencies from concept to completion with strong communication and skill. We are looking for a candidate that enjoys working in a fast-paced organization, and contributing to a creative, exciting, teamwork-oriented environment.
? Develop, plan and execute global integrated marketing programs
? Drive demand generation programs with full lead tracking and reporting
? Responsible for planning and developing content with stakeholders, managing the review process and driving execution
? Manage PR agency to deliver media placements that successfully deliver information and key messages to the public while working closely with Siemens PR teams globally
? Run customer evangelism program including, case studies, video testimonials and customer events
? Responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy for internal and external communication
? Work with internal Siemens partners as well as ecosystem partners to run co- marketing programs.
5-10 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field required
Experience must include strategic planning, communications planning and management, marketing and public relations
Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the business
Individual must be a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills. Individual must possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and influence others. Individual must be able to think creatively and strategically, strong marketing mind, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment. Also have demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused and outreach. Very organized, has a strong attention to detail and can manage multiple projects end-to-end within aggressive timelines. comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of marketing programs management and have strong writing and editing skills.
