Are you passionate about building thriving social media communities? Experienced in technology, software and B2B business? RingCentral is seeking a seasoned social media expert with deep experience in social media marketing, community building and a proven track record in thriving in collaborative, dynamic teams.
By leveraging strong social analytics skills, this candidate will drive programs that demonstrate the business impact of the RingCentral social media efforts.
Develop and execute a social media marketing and support strategy aligned with RingCentral?s brand and business goals
Build and manage public-facing community forums as well as private, invitation-only forums
Manage and grow our RingCentral Superfan program
Execute a social media analytics program including key internal reports that measure inbound traffic from social channels, social campaign effectiveness on awareness and revenue, and customer engagement
Participate and evangelize RingCentral in external and internal public communities
Ensure social media efforts are contributing to SEO performance by working with our SEO optimization team
Help drive our social support plan and develop training for the support team
Use tools like Adobe Sitecatalyst, Google Analytics, HootSuite, Salesforce.com, Marketo
Qualifications & Skills:
Motivated self-starter, a strong driver, a natural communicator, and has 4-7 years of social/online marketing experience, preferably in B2B
Strong technical & product background, be the resident geek in the social media team. Knowledge of the IT audience is a plus.
Thorough understanding of SEO relating to social media, including content link building strategies
A strong writer and editor with a memorable ?voice? ? an articulate writing style to make even technical details engaging and fun to read
Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for asking questions and a relentless pursuit of digging through the data to find answers.
Highly collaborative approach that includes the team in planning and execution
Experience in CRM, analytics and marketing automation software is preferable. Preferably, skills using Salesforce.com, Adobe Sitecatalyst, Radian6/Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Marketo.
