Sr. Compensation Manager, Residential Lending EverBank Financial

Provide strategic, customer-focused compensation consultation at all levels of the Company, particularly Residential Lending. Duties include sales compensation design and analysis, job analysis, survey analysis, annual review processes, and other duties as assigned.
? Evaluates present compensation and sales programs through research, surveys, and analysis of trends to ensure plans are competitive and current.
? Conducts scheduled evaluations and ad hoc auditing of compensation-related employee data and works with managers and HR contacts to correct issues to ensure data integrity.
? Coordinates and communicates variable pay plans including analysis and recommendations.
? Provide advice and counsel managers on compensation related topics.
? Conduct market pricing activities that include matching internal positions to external data and making recommendations on base salary levels, appropriate grade assignment and total compensation.
? Ensure the administration of various compensation plans are in compliance with established guidelines, processes, and procedures. This includes incentive compensation, sales compensation, annual merit review, promotions, and geographic differential.
? Conduct and participate in compensation surveys or special compensation studies in order to maintain the company?s competitive position in the market place.
? Provide regular communication updates to the appropriate business stakeholder and HR Relationship Manager.
? Supervision of Compensation staff.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities Requirements)
? Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and people skills, at all levels of the organization.
? Knowledge of related law, regulation, and theory.
? Experience in change management, process improvement including a proven ability to analyze business needs.
? Detail oriented with strong team orientation
? Must be able to make decisions regarding issues that arise while performing essential functions stated above.
? Must be able to plan, organize, and multi-task effectively, while prioritizing numerous issues that may arise.
Training and Experience
? College degree or equivalent preferred.
? Minimum of 6-8 years of experience designing commission and incentive compensation plans.
? Minimum of 6-8 years experience in Compensation administration.
? Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
? Experience in Residential Lending is preferred.
? Previous management experience or successful lead/project management experience.
? Applicable certification in compensation preferred.
? Extensive experience with computer applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) and HRIS systems required.
