THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Notable Solutions, Inc. is continuing to rapidly grow and we are excited to add an experienced full-time, in-house recruiter to our human resources team. This position will focus on recruiting for positions at all levels and across all departments within the company. This individual contributor will have the opportunity to have significant impact on how recruiting is done at NSi and be the point person in creating, implementing and running an exciting recruiting program. An individual in this role will need experience in rapidly growing technology companies as well as in strategic sourcing, candidate behavioral interviewing and assessment. The recruiting is only a start however as this individual will be involved as well in onboarding and an integral part of the NSi HR team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the full cycle of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and filling all levels of positions within multiple functions including:
Consulting with hiring manager to clarify hiring needs, create recruitment plans, and ensure that a pipeline of qualified candidates is sourced
Creating and maintaining job descriptions
Managing and promoting cost-effective candidate sourcing strategies including direct recruitment methods, e-recruitment tools, referrals, resume mining, networking, and internet postings
Drive recruitment processes and practices that ensure outstanding client/candidate follow-up, proactive service,
Develop sourcing strategies at all levels, to high quality candidates through use of creative, inclusive of sourcing internet, on-line databases, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, cold calling, competitor research, career fairs, military transition offices etc.
Maintains a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
Recommend, Implement and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems
Make recommendations to senior management on candidate viability and hiring decisions
Research and evaluate all relevant recruiting channels for advertising positions and sourcing targeted candidates
Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
Works with Vice President of HR to determine competitive compensation that ensures alignment with company?s compensation strategy and structure
6+ years of increasingly responsible full life-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
A combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience is a Plus.
Technology company experience required.
Demonstrated ability to utilize current sourcing skills to attract the passive candidates.
Strong candidate qualification and interview skills
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet or exceed deadlines.
Team player with a proven ability to develop internal and external partnerships.
The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with hiring managers to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required
