Sr. Customer Reference Program Manager
Good Technology, the leader in secure mobility solutions, is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager with a passion for working with customers and cultivating great relationships. In this role you will lead the customer executive advisory and reference program. The customer executive advisory program is a year round initiative that develops closer relationships between customers and Good executives to provide counsel and feedback. The customer reference program supports worldwide initiatives to recognize customer success with Good Secure Mobility Solutions. You will lead to research, qualify, secure and track customer references for customer-to-customer sales calls, marketing campaigns, public relations opportunities, analyst relations, speaker opportunities, and much more. By working closely with sales, product marketing, public relations and analyst relations teams, you will help identify customers across targeted industries, use cases, and geographies to help drive awareness and sales for Good. The successful candidate will have previous marketing technology experience and the ability to understand the technical and business benefits of Good Secure Mobility Solutions to properly identify and convey these through various reference program activities.
? Build and maintain customer relationships to help drive awareness and sales for Good Technology
? Lead the customer advisory board, a year round program with a select group of business and IT executives who provide counsel to Good.
? Develop the customer reference program strategy and framework creating multiple opportunities for customers to participate as Good ambassadors.
? Create and manage the development of reference materials; identify key customer stories, prepare writers, engage customers in the interview and review process, ensure the content is structured to influence customers? decision-making process .
? Identify opportunities to acknowledge and reward strategic customer references by providing them with speaking opportunities, executive meetings, and thought leadership platforms in a programmatic fashion.
? Support beta programs and product launches, creating plans that incorporate customer references across the marketing and sales enablement mix ? campaigns, web, press outreach, analyst briefings, sales tools, etc.
? Evangelize the customer reference program internally as well as externally with customers
? Collaborate with various Good teams to secure and promote high-quality and impactful customer stories for various initiatives.
? Implement a customer reference database for identifying and tracking reference opportunities, and building customer profiles.
? At least 10+ years of customer reference program manager experience in high technology developing a global customer program strategy
? Demonstrated success working directly with C-level customers developing video and written case studies, as well as preparing them for speaking engagements, analyst relations studies and media opportunities.
? Proven success developing strong relationships with sales and working collaboratively across global teams.
? Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
? Previous experience managing direct and contract resources for the creation of customer reference materials.
? Excellent oral and written communication with an innate attention to detail.
? Strong program and project management skills.
? Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study.
