SR. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - 2ND SHIFT New Breed Logistics

Summary of Functions:
Due to continued growth we are seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative at our Corporate HQ in High Point, NC
Work hours are 3pm - 11:00pm M-F
Process Client requests and updates received by fax, phone and email to update orders as needed.
Respond to Client inquiries via fax, phone and email.
Verify incoming receipts to the Client system, move product in Order Manager and receive product in the Client system.
Work with Inventory Control to research and release orders in allocation fail.
Move product to the different VIIA buckets as directed by Client
Maintain and update Client orders in Order Manager as requested.
Perform nightly closing operations including attaining cut-off number for DCs and running nightly reports
Perform all work using approved, documented QMS work instructions
Experience and/or Education Requirements:
Ability to type 30 WPM accuraterly
Ability to work independently
4 year degree or equivalent
Computer experience with multiple systems a plus
Word and Excel experience
Experience with Microsoft Access a must.
