We are hiring a Senior Database Developer to join our Eden Prairie team. This division specializes in HEDIS and other healthcare quality metric software and services to support a customer base primarily composed of health plans and providers located around the US.
Duties :
Provide support to the data analysis/ development team.
Acting lead for all technical integrations and implementations
Work with production support/ automation.
Identify resolution, execute development activities and test results. Implement resolution, communicate status and provide documentation to appropriate personnel
Work closely project management personnel to ensure that development Efforts are elegant, user friendly and cohesive
Propose new technology and development tools, tips, and best practices
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail
Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years' database design and administration experience.
5+ years Experience in gathering data requirements.
6+ years Experience in Data Analysis and Data Mapping.
5+ years of SQL/Oracle experience.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex design problems
Demonstrated ability to interface with all organizational levels including facilitating meetings.
Ability to present technical information in a well-documented fashion.
Demonstrated ability in database query performance tuning.
Preferred Skills: 2+ years ETL development.
Knowledge of different requirement methodologies
