This senior, high-impact position is focused on planning, managing, and executing leading-edge marketing initiatives and programs targeting lead generation, opportunity creation, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate maintains a strategic marketing vision along with the ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously. In addition, this person is highly tech savvy and possesses very strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage demand generation campaigns and promotions (email, social media, webinars, landing pages, videos, etc.) to drive sales-ready leads and opportunities
Measure and monitor opportunity funnel activity to ensure predictable pipeline creation
Create and implement inbound and outbound marketing programs to strengthen the company?s awareness and loyalty amongst customers, partners and industry analysts
Drive open and click-thru rates for customer communications
Drive high customer participation rates for marketing programs and events
Research and recommend new marketing tools, techniques and best practices
Collaborate with others on copy writing, editing and proofing marketing materials
Analyze and track results of marketing efforts to improve effectiveness
Qualifications:
7-10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role in a high-tech B2B software firm
Must possess an extremely open and collaborative work style
Excellent project management skills
Extensive written and copy-writing abilities
Self-directed with the ability to multi-task
Very strong technical and analytical skills
Experience in market segmentation and customer/buyer personas
Proven track record of delivering sales-ready lead flow
Expertise in marketing automation (drips, nurturing, scoring, etc.) and analysis tools
Proven history of coordinating PR, advertising, etc. activities and vendors
Experience driving social media, SEO and SEM initiatives
Solid background in managing and measuring campaign effectiveness/ROI
Strong, highly collaborative people and process management skills
Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing or Management or combination of relevant education and experience
