Sr. Director, Delivery Management iCrossing

Overview:

iCrossing is looking for a Senior Director of Delivery Management for their New York office.



The Director, Delivery Management serves as a key leader on iCrossing accounts and within the organization. The Director acts as program manager on one or two large client accounts or on several small-to-medium client accounts. In this role, the Director is responsible for the effective management of all projects, the efficient use of resources, and the consistent delivery of high-quality client deliverables. The Director is also responsible for the financial performance of his or her accounts and is responsible for hitting specific gross margin targets.



The Director, Delivery Management may manage one or more Project Management resources, overseeing the development of direct reports and coaching their success. The Director is a highly skilled communicator able to build internal and client relationships and guide teams to success.
Responsibilities:

Accountable for gross profit, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction of large client engagements.
Estimates projects with input of disciplines leads:
Creates schedule and staffing plan to support deliverable objectives.
Documents scope and deliverable objectives.
Determines and communicates project gross profit including expected revenue, labor costs, and other direct costs.
obtains proper internal approval of client contracts.
Assists Client Services and Business Development in contract negotiation.
Oversees multiple projects and ensures they are delivered on time and on budget.
Sets and manages expectations for scope and quality of through effective communication.
Supports Business Development function as needed.
Manages and develops Project Management team members.




Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required, an advanced degree is preferred.
9-11 years of project/program management experience (preferably 3-5 years with in an interactive marketing or advertising agency environment).
Extensive experience working on global website builds.
Consumer electronics is a plus
PMP certification of equivalent experience and training.
