Managing a suite of SAAS based web, social, and mobile technologies responsible for delivering digital prepaid products and services for retailers and their B2B and B2C distribution partners.
Combining market, client, competitive, and regulatory assessments with leadership vision and operational needs to develop and execute on a global product strategy that enables Giftango to strengthen its position as a market leader in delivering innovative digital prepaid sales, promotion, fulfillment and payment services.
Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation.
Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each product.
Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.
Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including; IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Executing the product management strategy and product backlog including developing and managing the tools and processes to ensure customer focused products are delivered on time and with quality.
Managing and mentoring an R&D and product management team responsible for the execution of the product strategy and roadmap.
Providing visibility to key stakeholders into the product backlog, release, and iteration schedules, developing the appropriate sales tools (value propositions, data sheets, competitive analysis, and pricing required to successfully market and sell Giftango?s products and services.
Develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter.
Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant product management experience in payments related technologies or services.
Minimum of five years relevant experience with managing a team focused on product strategy execution.
Minimum of 3 years experience working under Agile product management and development discipline.
Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Project, Sharepoint, etc.).
Proven and quantifiable track record of success driving product innovation and execution.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
