The Sr. Director of Sales Operations Analysis reports to the EVP Acquisition Marketing and Analytics, will oversee day to day management of the sales operations analysis team and will also serve as the Lead Analyst for the team. Accountable for determining and establishing enterprise wide best practices with the goal of improving process efficiencies and productivity. The team?s responsibilities fall into 4 primary categories: data, process, analysis and reporting. This is a data driven team requiring a quantitative orientation, strong critical thinking skills and the ability to ?multi-multi-task?. Day to day activities include:
Guide team to develop action plans to mitigate the 3 biggest risks to their forecasts, in addition to the 3 biggest opportunities to improve them.
Acts as an escalation point for questions and requests from others related to development and enhancement requests for our CRM & related platforms.
Oversee the performance for marketing and other conversion campaigns through utilization of supplemental marketing analytics tools.
Escalation point for managing key inter- & intra-departmental processes in the recruitment and registration cycle.
Enforce compliance to standard processes and best practices.
Guide enterprise-wide process for determining proper staffing levels & workforce management.
Responsible for ensuring that processes maintain data integrity & compliance standards in Salesforce & Marketo.
Provide guidance on KPIs & evaluation criteria used to maximize efficiency & productivity.
Determine strategy for effective test plans & evaluation of results.
Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop production reporting that focuses on productivity, conversion and compliance.
Use reporting tools (i.e. JMP) to develop ad hoc reports that measure overall team performance.
Strategize more complex predictive & explanatory analysis with the Analytics team.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree is required.
Proven experience implementing process improvement initiatives with a positive yield to business operations.
Prior experience managing and providing mentorship to a team of individuals.
Analytical thinker with great attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills required, advanced data base skills preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive opportunities for improvement and make constructive plans for change.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Attributes That Will Help You in This Role:
Previous experience using Marketo & Salesforce CRM systems.
The ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a tactful manner.
Well developed sense of discretion regarding access to sensitive information.
