Sr. Director, Solutions Marketing Alianza

platform is helping communications/broadband service providers deploy white-label voice services and applications to
their end-user customers ? faster, easier, and more profitably than can be achieved with legacy systems. Alianza has
a proven product that has been validated by accounts such as Clearwire, ViaSat, Xplornet, and AT&T ? and with
industry leading partners such as Level 3 Communications, TELUS, Acme Packet, and Cisco. Alianza is profitable
and has recorded consistent growth every year since 2004.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Serve as the lead strategist for Alianza?s product positioning, messaging, PR, etc.
? Promote Alianza?s value proposition and capabilities both internally and externally
? Lead Alianza?s outreach effort to industry analysts, and trade publications
? Collaborate with clients & prospects to assess needs and influence Alianza?s product development roadmap
? Develop marketing materials to support Alianza products and solutions ? including business case
development, market assessment, sales training, promotional collateral, etc.
? Own product launch process and promotional campaigns
? Report to and work with CEO
? Travel as needed
KEY ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
1. 5+ years experience in telecommunications (infrastructure or service) product/solution marketing
2. History of successfully executing product launches
3. Established relationships with key industry analysts and trade publications
4. Growth-stage experience a positive
Knowledge & Skills
1. Demonstrated product marketing success
2. Proven success managing cross-functional organization to achieve a common goal
3. Polished & professional interpersonal communication skills required
4. Ability to deliver innovative & strategic solutions the meet both internal and external constraints
5. Proven time management, project management, and problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
in a dynamic, high-growth environment
6. Domain expertise in telecommunications network infrastructure, VoIP, broadband, mobile network
architecture, cloud/SaaS models, IMS, etc.
7. Executive level relationship building (with both customers & partners)
8. Ability to positioning disruptive solution against traditional voice infrastructure players
9. Fast learner with the ability to quickly attain a substantial level of expertise on Alianza?s products & services
