Xactly is seeking a world class Human Resources professional to lead our people operations team and work along side the executive team to drive achievement of company objectives. In addition, we need a visionary leader that will not only support our unique culture but also continue to propagate it as we grow.
We seek a Sr. Director/Vice President of Human Resources who will lead our people operations team and work along side the executive team to drive achievement of company objectives, utilizing HR best practices while retaining the finest aspects of our culture. The successful candidate will recommend, direct and implement programs and policies that reinforce a positive employee atmosphere and develop action plans along with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention. We strive to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, integrity, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This is a key, hands-on role as change agent and business partner where you will have broad scope while working with all members of the executive team.
Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
? Lead and develop HR strategies consistent with company strategy and objectives.
? Work with leadership to create a workplace environment consistent with Xactly?s core values
? Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, programs and services, including
recruitment, retention and succession planning, legal compliance, compensation, employee
benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, immigration, employee
training and employee communications.
? Serve as senior level advisor on HR issues to all levels of employees throughout the company.
? Serve as the company?s primary interface with the compensation committee of the board of
? Ensure company compliance with all federal, state and local laws related to HR and remain
current with changes in human resource and employment law.
? Develop, enhance and implement systems that will improve the overall effectiveness and
efficiency of HR.
? Develop a recruitment model and process to support rapid growth.
? Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
? 12+ years of corporate Human Resources Experience
? Minimum of 8 years? experience leading a corporate HR Team
? Impeccable integrity and confidentiality
? Exceptional written and oral communications
? Positive, flexible, team-oriented approach, with the willingness and desire to work as part of a
? Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Able to travel to other offices both within and outside the U.S.
? Advanced Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
? Relevant post graduate studies desired
? SPHR Certification
? Positive and energetic attitude
? Self-motivated; strong initiative
? Detail oriented; resourceful
? Experience in both large, well-run public companies and smaller, high-growth companies
