The Sr. ERP Administrator is responsible for administrating ERP Tools which includes stabilizing the application, printers and operating systems for production and testing/developing environments. Responsible for developing and updating reports, installing application patches, maintaining EDI layouts and data exchanges, and supporting third-party applications integrated with the ERP. Provides user support for functional troubleshooting, error resolution, and security administration as needed.
General administration and troubleshooting of the ERP and related systems. This includes but is not limited to patch application, batch job creation and tracking, account and permission administration, and data transfer (exchange scheme) management.
Maintain all OS/ERP printers.
Using ERP Tools, develop customizations as required in compliance with internal policies.
Create and maintain all ERP companies, configurations and test recovery plans. Work with the Sr. ERP Analyst to provide end user support or training where required. Support third party applications such as EDI, shipping, check processing, EDI and data transfer tools.
Reports Administration: Using ERP Tools, create and maintain customized reports based on user requirements.
Maintain ERP and Database environments (test and development) with current data as appropriate. Data refresh activities from Live to Test and Development environments.
Create and continuously update administrative procedures for the administration of the ERP and related systems.
Carry out all duties in compliance with established change control policies and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements.
Education and Experience:
A degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience;
Five or more years of experience with Baan IV/Infor ERP LN, including system administration and application development;
Clear understanding of the functional modules in ERP LN;
Experience with SQL Server Enterprise 2012 database tools and administration;
Thorough knowledge of Baan IV/Infor ERP LN administrative and development tools;
Strong working knowledge of SQL Server 2012 Enterprise and database tools;
Understanding of the principles of Sarbanes-Oxley 404;
Effective verbal and written communication skills;
