Description:Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking a Sr. ETL Developer - SSIS experience a MUST.
The Data Services team is introducing infrastructure to quickly produce reports for our customers across our product line.
Development work on this team will include ETL processes, data warehousing, data marts, aggregation and other activities in support of reporting an data management.
The ideal candidate for this position has the ability to own projects from design to release and can take customer interactions and turn those into actionable work items.
Duties:?Design, architect, develop and implement data flow processes (ETL) within a Microsoft and Linux environments
?Create infrastructure for reporting and analysis such as Data Warehouses and Operational Data Stores
?Support reporting staff by developing complex MS stored procedures and Transact SQL queries
?Design and development of code to support infrastructure such as the ETL tool, parsers, monitoring, file management, etc
?Trouble shoot and correct data issues, SQL performance issues
?Opportunities for more general development depending upon skill set
Qualifications:?Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Math or related subject.
?Very Strong experience in SSIS
?5+ years programming complex SQL queries and stored procedures
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Key Requirements
?Very Strong experience in Transact SQL and stored procedure development
?Very Strong experience in SSIS
?Strong C# MS Development Skills
?Experience with ETL development
?Experience SQL SERVER 2008.
?Good written and verbal communications required.
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
?Ability to manage changing priorities
