Sr Field Service Technician Mark Andy, Inc.
Mark Andy is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to provide field installations of all equipment as well as repair electrical, mechanical or printing related problems at existing customer sites. This technician will be based out of California and will primarily service customers in the region. Installation of all equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and printing related problems in this field.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and printing related problems by phone.
Train customers on safe and efficient utilization of all equipment.
Provide preventive maintenance on all equipment and make recommendations to customers.
Proper documentation of all work required i.e. service reports, expense exports, installation feed back forms, etc.
Ability to travel 80% of the time.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Ability to travel
Proficient on the use of laptop computer for diagnostic purposes
Advanced knowledge of electrical and pneumatic diagrams
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
Knowledgeable of Mark Andy's product line along with high attention to detail.
Education/Experience Required
High School Degree along with additional Electrical and Mechanical training/trade school
3 years electrical and mechanical experience
Minimum of 2 years experience servicing Mark Andy products/printing presses or equivalent printing industry experience.

Work Environment
Moderate to frequent exposure to shop environment; may be exposed to dust, odors, oils, fumes, chemicals, noise and moving parts. Work typically requires the usage of PPE and can require work on the facility?s production floor or on the production floor in a customer?s facility. Travel by plane or auto 25-30%.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl and move about facility and/or customer?s facilities. Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
