Position Description and RequirementsCredentials: The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a technical field (i.e. engineering) and an advanced degree (MBA) with a concentration in finance and/or accounting, as well as at least 2 years of relevant experience. We will also consider candidates with degrees in accounting or finance from strong undergraduate programs who have extensive relevant experience in the area of project accounting and analysis. Candidate should have extremely strong financial modeling and Excel skills and possess a predisposition to create models with clear ?audit trails? that can be easily understood by other members in the organization. International experience is preferred.

It currently has operations throughout the Caribbean and has recently expanded its scope of business development to aggressively pursue opportunities in South America, North America, central Asia (India) and the Middle East. Seven Seas Water is a leader in its market and is privately-held by blue chip private equity investors, the management team and employees.
Position Description: Working closely with the business development and engineering teams, the successful candidate will spearhead the financial analysis of new project opportunities to assess their economic viability based on critical financial metrics such as IRR and ROI under varying pricing and financing scenarios. We seek a ?quick study? who can readily grasp and correlate the technical and business fundamentals of water desalination; project engineering; project development; plant operations; international partnering and project financing. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style while maintaining disciplined objectivity in arriving at independent conclusions on the attractiveness of a project opportunity and its attendant risks and upsides. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively present relevant data that supports recommendations to key leaders is essential. Ideally the candidate will possess the skill set to eventually manage a cadre of analysts that inevitably will be needed to support the Company?s growth track. The position will reside in Tampa.
