Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Executives to drive business strategy and capital allocation by developing and implementing financial planning metrics and forecasting tools.
- This position will interact with all areas of the organization including finance, accounting, business general managers and senior management to establish analytic frameworks and optimize business decisions.
- Monitor and forecast revenue and operating contribution performance of Content & Media business line, including preparation of weekly rolling forecasts
- Present analyses to the CFO and other members of senior management
- Lead special projects to improve analytical tools and business processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years finance or accounting work experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills in a finance work environment
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Planning and organizing skills (specifically data and reference files)
- Experience with Oracle Discoverer, Projects and FSG a plus
- Specific experience with a high-profile Internet Media, Network or eCommerce company is preferred
