The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist that thrives in a dynamic, fast paced, high growth company. Ideal candidate will have a track record of aligning human resources activities with business goals. Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent in a "cutting" edge technology space.
Serving as primary point of contact to assigned client groups (leaders and employees) on all HR related issues.
Fostering employee and leadership development, as well as organizational effectiveness.
Leading human resource initiatives across the organization, such performance and goal management process, talent review process, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Four+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist that includes experience with performance management, employee relations, compensation, training and development, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize rapidly and strong problem solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills.
