Sr. HR Specialist - Full Time
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position requires a human resources consultant with extensive experience in federal human capital management, working at a senior level. The major duties and responsibilities are:
Develops processes and policies in performance management, employment, certification and related areas for open positions
Provides advisory services for law enforcement and non-law enforcement positions
Position management and classification, grade structure, and related areas
Employment, staffing and recruitment strategies, documentation and vacancy file audit and review
Supervisory development, serving as subject matter expert in development of supervisory training in human resources management
Submits monthly reports of work completed, by category, listing each project and providing hours worked on that project
Bachelors degree+ 6 years experience or 10 years experience without bachelors
Must have experience in providing performance management, processes and policies supporting Senior Executive Service (SES) positions.
