Sr. Human Resources Administrator EnVivo Pharmaceuticals
The Sr. HR Administrator is a broad administrative / operations role across all HR functions in a small but rapidly growing company. The role provides support to the Human Resources Team, both in day-to-day administration, as well as project activities. The initial focus of the position will be in the areas of Talent Acquisition and HR technology.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
Human Resources Technology:
Work on implementation of new HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
Input and update information in HRIS and ATS on an ongoing basis
Develop and maintain HR reports, metrics, etc.
Administer the HR SharePoint site
Recruiting, Hiring and On-Boarding:
Support Recruiting team ? administration and projects
Post jobs on website and employment boards
Act as the point of contact for contractor and temporary employees
Coordination of personalized hiring packets and orientation materials
Submission and coordination of background checks and managing security badges
Other HR Administrative Support:
Provides administrative support to Vice President of Human Resources
General department administration such as filing and copying
Maintain employee files, both electronic and paper files
Organize and track ongoing programs such as the annual performance management process
Perform HR related projects as assigned
5+ years? experience in a similar position within an HR organization
2+ years? experience (can be included in 5+ years above) inputting data to and reporting data from an HRIS system (e.g. ADP, PeopleSoft, Ceridian).
Advanced computer skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience in role(s) requiring frequent exposure to and safekeeping of personal and sensitive information,communicating at all levels within the organization, multi-tasking and attention to detail.
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking system(s) highly preferred.
