Sr. Human Resources Business Partner Peak 10
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will be responsible for advising and consulting with managers and employees regarding relevant HR strategy, programs, initiatives, policies, and practices in the areas of staffing, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, work environment, and compensation in order to maximize employee engagement. Further, The Sr. HRBP provides project management services supporting the implementation/execution of HR strategic initiatives.
Qualified candidates will bring:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field with experience as an HR Generalist
Demonstrated expertise with state and federal employment law
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Must be able to communicate and relate effectively and professionally with people at all organization levels
Sound presentation skills
Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and organize workload
Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
