Sr. Manager, Human Resources EMEA
Vendavo is looking for an exceptional Sr. HR Manager to oversee strategic HR operations and programs in EMEA. Based in Prague, the Sr. HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations for employees based in the Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Sr. HR Manager will be an important part of employee engagement and strategic growth.
What you will do:
- Manage and develop a European based HR team.
- Drive global initiatives within the European employee population including performance, recruiting and training programs.
- Advise business leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Lead European based programs including recruiting, on-boarding, organizational development initiatives and reporting.
- Oversee data cleanliness and systems including JobVite, Halogen, and ADP HRB.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience working for US parent company a plus
- Experience with other European countries including employment laws, market practices and operational best practices.
- Experience with Performance Management, Compensation planning and HR systems
- Business acumen, excellent communication skills, influence skills, strategic thinking and coaching skills
- Grounded in business experience that can apply to HR
