Our HR team?s mission is to develop, deliver and continuously improve practices and programs that successfully attract, grow and retain a talented team at Datalogix. We promote an environment where employees learn, have fun and make a difference and we are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager who supports this philosophy to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental to the success of our HR systems and processes including total compensation and benefits programs performance and talent management, and HR information & reporting, among others.
To join our team, you must be passionate about developing people and have a strong and diverse human resources background. As Sr. Human Resources Manager, you will have key responsibilities in the following areas of expertise:
Systems. Utilize HR systems, including Ultimate Software?s Ultipro HRIS solution, to manage HR workflow and be a resource to others. Apply systems knowledge to provide insights and manage people-related business processes. Be part of decision making and rollout of any new HRIS modules.
Compensation & Benefits. Participate in the design and development of compensation and benefits programs and have ownership of their execution. Develop innovative, cost-effective health and wellness initiatives that support DLX culture and employee interests.
Staffing. Provide leadership for the development and execution of staffing programs and process.
Performance Management. Support performance and talent management initiatives (including quarterly review process), with systems and processes that foster results-based, continuous performance feedback.
Culture and Employee Engagement. Support our goal to have the Datalogix team be viewed as ?world class talent? and provide innovative ideas to maintain our status as one of Colorado?s top workplaces.
Legal. Provide risk / reward analysis as related to employment law. Interface, as needed, with outside counsel.
Other hands-on HR generalist responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Human Resources, OD or related field. PHR or SPHR preferred.
Strong business acumen and 5 to 7+ years experience as an HR professional in a complex, fast-paced, high growth environment
Competency in many HR functional areas: compensation; performance management; staffing; employee relations, etc.
Systems thinker experienced with an innovative online HRIS solution
Demonstrated success implementing and managing staffing programs and process
Experience proactively developing and effectively introducing creative alternatives to traditional HR practices and programs as appropriate
Ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on tactical work
Knowledge and experience with U.S. employment law and HR compliance required; international experience a plus
Unquestioned integrity, and the experience and confidence to effectively address sensitive people issues
Teamwork, collaboration and a passion for customer service
Ability and desire to embrace and manage change and ambiguity effectively
