The Sr. Implementation Manager provides distinctive pre and post sale service that makes our customer?s love us. This position is responsible for managing multiple concurrent AppFolio Property Management implementations coordinating both client and internal project teams through a quick deployment process.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for customer satisfaction, project management experience obsession for accuracy, blend of technical and customer-interaction skills and a drive for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Manages new customer implementations from initial kick-off call through 1st 30 days live.
Ensures that each customer?s data is accurate and that they have attended required trainings.
Manages technical aspects of implementations and delegates/communicates with resources handling technical tasks.
Recommends best practices for customer success.
Serves as Implementation Team resource & point of escalation.
Mentors Implementation Specialists & Managers during onboarding and provides continuous training, project assistance, coaching & feedback.
Knowledge and Skills:
4+ years experience implementing core property management solutions such as Yardi, Realpage or Propertyware a must.
Exceptional customer relationship building skills
Ability to influence decision-making and change
Exceptional project management experience
Ability to manage many concurrent projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to display good judgment
Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
Ability to follow through on tasks until completed
High degree of flexibility
Accounting knowledge desired
