We are currently looking for a Sr. Implementation Specialist.
The position will be responsible for completing projects for new client implementations of Archive Systems? Aspen and OmniRIM RC products through a combination of client-specific configuration with some development, enhancing existing client implementations and solving complex problems. You?re expected to work effectively with modest management oversight and provide guidance to your team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement Aspen and OmniRIM RC products for customers through a combination of client-specific configuration with some development, enhancing existing client implementations and solving complex problems.
Analytic and attention to detail are critical to success.
Hands-on configuration and development
Provide leadership, and technical guidance to the team and customers resources.
Interpreting functional requirements into software configuration, enhancements, and custom solutions.
Able to consistently produce high-quality software.
Responsible for interacting with internal resources and external customers
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, entrepreneurial environment.
Interact with clients to obtain technical details around evolving business needs.
Document process or procedures within the professional services department.
Provide training to others within department.
Interact with other groups inside and outside the department (e.g., business analysts, quality assurance, documentation, support, etc.) to gather project requirements or communicate project status.
Strong ability to positively interact with core Product Team to gain and disseminate knowledge.
Experience being the technical lead on complex projects.
Educational, Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or technical Diploma in a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years? experience with Object Oriented Programming, with at least 3 years hands-on experience working in the .NET environment including experience with VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, VBScript, HTML, XML and SQL Server.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a client facing role.
Experience with appropriate tools such as Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and SSIS.
Thorough understanding of object oriented programming.
Specialized or Technical Knowledge preferred:
Experience in a software company that implemented and sold software products in a competitive marketplace.
Application and database performance tuning in SQL.
Nice to have:
Experience with report writing tools like Crystal Reports and SSRS.
Microsoft Certified Professional.
Experience with SaaS products and multi-tenant architectures.
Experience in developing SharePoint 2010 solutions, knowledge of SharePoint APIs, and power shell.
Oracle skills.
