eMeter, A Siemens Business, is searching for a Sr. Instructional Designer in their Training Services organization within Global Technical Services. The Sr. Instructional Designer will play a key role in building technical training solutions for eMeter University.
?Responsible for developing a competency architecture for our implementation partners, customers and employees
?Responsible for developing certification curriculum for partners
?Responsible for managing the course build process and consulting with stakeholders
?Responsible for developing web-based training, instructor-led training, virtual coaching and webinars
?Responsible for project management of resources, content, assets and tools
Experience and Skills
?3+ years developing job competencies for a technical audience
?3+ years analyzing and developing performance interventions
?5+ years planning curricula for multiple roles
?5+ years experience in learning project management
?5 years developing technical training
?Skilled in program management
?Strong knowledge of learning technologies including, Saba, Lectora Inspire and Captivate
?Able to work with vague requirements and meet deadlines
?Degree from an accredited college or university
?Experience building technical training
?ID Certificate a plus
