Sr. IT Business Application Analyst NeuroPace

The Sr. IT Business Applications Analyst will be responsible for delivering IT business systems and solutions in support of NeuroPace corporate goals. Specific focus areas in this highly regulated environment may include but are not limited to:
Enterprise Quality Systems including document management, CAPA, complaint handling and medical device reporting;
Regulatory and Labeling systems;
Product Development systems including requirements management software.
Analyze corporate systems and business process challenges in support of company goals, priorities and business objectives.
Work closely with internal business partners and teams to structure business requirements and review, select, design and deliver solutions to address business needs on time and within budget.
Lead cross-functional groups in the analysis and resolution of highly complex business problems solved through IT solutions.
Lead projects and manage requirements development, process review/improvement, functional design, software validation and end user training and support.
Design, develop and document new business processes and/or system process flows by applying in-depth knowledge of business area and application/system functionality.
Make recommendations and proposals for improved effectiveness and efficiency through improved processes, user training and software utilization.
Create, execute and manage test plans and evaluate results to ensure system integrity.
Provide day-to-day hands on problem management, guidance, training and support to the user community.
Work with third party providers as required to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
10+ years of enterprise business applications work experience including business systems analysis, business process development, solution design and deployment of enterprise solutions.
5+ years experience in highly regulated medical device environment leading, managing and coaching cross-functional project teams.
5+ years experience working with and supporting enterprise quality systems required; experience with EtQ quality system extremely beneficial.
Strong project management capabilities including project planning, resource management (including third-party resources), time estimation and execution. Successful track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent customer service focus with ability to develop strong working relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal including ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong prioritization and time management skills especially when faced with many, varied tasks.
Ability to proactively gather relevant information about new enterprise applications and varied business solutions as well as analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions especially when under pressure.
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to manage various IT infrastructure projects especially for user-facing applications.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
