Sr./Lead Developer Product Marketing Manager Xamarin
As the key Product Marketing Manager focused on our Developer market segment, you'll play a strategic role in driving revenue by making it easy for developers and technical decision-makers to understand what we uniquely provide, and motivate them to take action. This is a hands-on, strategic role that works closely with sales, engineering, evangelism, design and the rest of the marketing team. You?ll be the expert on our products, the market, our key customers, and competition through your own research as well as harvesting internal expertise, and you will be able to translate this knowledge into high-impact materials that clearly communicate the value of our products to the marketplace.
Develop product positioning that clearly differentiates the company and its product lines in the marketplace
Create high-impact internal and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of our products
Launch high-impact content marketing that drives viral sharing among developers and drives SEO and xamarin.com visitor traffic.
Develop and manage product collateral including datasheets, and technical whitepapers
Develop and manage sales tools including sales presentations, ROI calculators, demos and email communications.
Establish and maintain a marketing relationship with key customers who are willing to be references for case studies and speaking events
What We're Looking For:
Must have solid experience marketing directly to software developers, preferably mobile developers
Enthusiastic and high-energy individuals who want to make an impact on developers' lives and in the mobile industry
5 or more years of software product marketing experience of a technical product, preferably developer tools
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners, sales, and other internal teams
Experience in developing effective and creative product marketing collateral, such as web content, data sheets, blog posts and and white papers
A great eye for design, and the ability to manage internal and agency design projects.
Successful developer content marketing experience highly desired
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required
