Sr. Manager, Client Advisory Elance

The Sr. Manager of Client Advisory will build a team and process to interact with our most valuable clients on a daily basis. The Client Advisory team will guide our clients through their first critical hire, making sure they have a flawless first experience; will build lasting client relationships; will educate them on advanced features; and will teach them how to build their talent teams online. Along the way, you will help build and refine our Advisory program to have meaningful impact on our bottom line.
Become an online work expert, coach and evangelist
Build and refine high value client engagement program (test, learn and build)
Help clients succeed by providing best practices, advising on how to use key features of our platform, building their first online team on Elance, and monitoring their first projects to ensure that they have a positive experience
Work with the marketing organization in creating and delivering educational content
Listen and learn how clients experience our platform and provide product input
Mobilize the talent acquisition, customer service and product teams to maximize client success
Measure success by the impact on key business metrics such as client bookings, billings, and customer satisfaction
BS/BA degree with an excellent academic background required
3-5 years of consulting experience in a top consulting firm or account management experience
Comfortable managing a high daily volume of client phone calls and email/chat
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a very fast-paced environment
A passion for helping small-to-medium businesses across the world to grow and succeed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail
Experience building online teams a plus
