Sr. Manager, Corporate Sales Good Technology

The Regional Manager will manage a team with responsibility for selling Good Technology Products over the phone; work on marketing campaigns, implementation of training and on-going education, email and outbound prospecting into target accounts. The timely acquisition of new opportunities initially prospecting into the install base will be critical to the success of the organization. As the Regional Manager of the group she/he will be called upon to drive revenue, promote the success of the group.

Consolidate inside sales forecast for reporting on a weekly basis.
Collaborates on sales enablement activities, including sales training and regularly scheduled conference calls/webinars
Maintain individual production standards within team
Test and redefine call model on an on-going basis
Provide coaching for staff
Practice incentive, motivation-oriented management
Create individual spiffs, team contests, a results "win" board; post results
Foster at once competition and team spirit among peers
Manage to all activity requirements through weekly reports; stress the necessity for daily individual tracking
Strategically plan and develop the sales program and team, change and implement direction as needed quickly in order to adapt to a new selling model
Review and change as necessary, on an ongoing basis, the team organization, metrics management indicators, goals and objectives of department
Create and institute incentive based motivational spiffs and contests
Provide performance reviews on an annual basis
Represent sales in developing business processes and requirements and tools
Closing revenue and achieving targets and quotas.
Monitoring productivity and calls of representatives.
Assisting team on qualifying and closing (over the phone) and driving revenue.
Enforcing proper usage of salesforce.com tool to record activities and opportunities.
Designing reports/metrics that track to the desired results.
Working closely with Sales Director to ensure revenue criteria is being met.
Drive add-on product sales and up sells to existing customers.
Net new sales to Greenfield accounts.
Accurately forecast and close revenue for Good products.
Manage prospecting, developing, and closing prospects.
5-8 years Inside sales management experience
BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
