As the Sr. Manager/Director of Data Operations and Reporting, you will lead, develop and optimize the Services Data and Reporting operations. This is a hands-on role. Location ? Austin, Texas
The Sr. Manager/Director Data Operations and Reporting serves as the owner of the key data analytics work that is at the heart of customer deployments. This person must be able to understand customer requirements, have very strong project management skills, and be able to be hands on in driving best practice data techniques to a global team of Data Analysts and Resource Pool Managers/Team Leaders.
Oversee and drive crisp data integration, analysis and resulting configuration for customer deployments across multiple Analyst Engineer and Reporting teams
Work across organizations, PS and Sales to understand customer data needs
Drive common deployment standards across Analytic Engineer teams
Meet deployment schedules and drive expectation setting
Oversee the Reporting team creating data visualization of customer adoption
Work with Services Engineering to ensure proper new hire training of the team
4 year degree required; technical degree highly preferred
5+ years of experience working with Data Analytics, ideally as part of an Enterprise Software business
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Prior demonstrated management experience required
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
Complex project management experience, Project Management Certification Preferred
Passion for predictive analytics and the power of Big Data
Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
