WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:Responsible for the growth and development of technical teams, and individual contributors
Use business knowledge and developed experience to set priorities and develop project plans
Hire, manage,and develop great teams, products, and technologies
Responsibly manage the activities of multiple teams through their respective managers while working to ensure their efficient execution
Develop a strong understanding of the business, tempered with pragmatic and relevant technology background to analyze, develop, and hone and effective strategy and proficient execution
Accountable and results oriented
WHY WE WANT YOU:
8 + yrs industry experience
Experience managing teams of Software Engineers focused on web applications
Organized, analytical team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Master/Bachelor?s degree (CS, EE or Math preferred) or equivalent work experience
Must be personable, professional and a team-player
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
Able to understand business problems, and be creative with strong problem solving abilities
Familiarity of and experience with Software Development Life Cycle in Agile development environment
Ready to take ownership of projects, and do whatever it takes to make them successful
Ability to foresee and proactively adapt to technical and scheduling issues
Strong technical background but does not have to do hands-on coding.
Familiarity with (C/C++/COM, ATL, Multi-threading
Customer interaction/collaboration
Managing multiple concurrent efforts
