THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Sr. Manager, Insurance Licensing and Registration Servicesis responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our organization, over 300 clients in the financial services industry. This position is accountable for ensuring and improving the performance, efficiency and profitability of the operation.
As LRS Sr. Manager,, you will be responsible for:
Managing client relationship issues including establishing appropriate communication channels with client and management and appropriately escalating problems in a timely fashion.
Driving the implementation of new clients, including software configuration and business processes.
Establishing operational objectives and work plans.
Creating, developing and maintaining best practice processes, and scope of work documents.
Maintaining strong technical expertise on the Vertafore PLM suite.
Evaluating available technology to identify product roadmap enhancements and tools to optimize performance.
Formulating and implementing departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
Conducting regular evaluations to improve productivity, product knowledge, and client satisfaction.
Monitoring adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
Planning the use of human resources, organizing recruitment and placement of required staff and establishing organizational structures.
Managing, monitoring and evaluating staff and team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance.
Establishing an atmosphere of responsibility and customer-centric responsiveness.
Project management including documenting, coordinating, directing and reporting.
Forecasting department budget and expenditures to assist senior management in corporate planning.
Insurance and/or securities industry operational experience (10+ years).
Familiarity with insurance regulation as it relates to licensing and compliance.
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management (Six Sigma preferred).
Multi-site management experience.
Proven leadership and decision making skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate diverse employee population to achieve the goals of the business.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, SQL and XML.
