The Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing and Consumer Insights will oversee the development and execution of integrated and strategic marketing plans, frameworks, and roadmaps for Gilt-wide consumer-centric initiatives. Specifically, s/he will be responsible for creating solutions to meet the needs of target customer personas, overseeing the development and incorporation of Gilt?s lifestyle brand positioning, creating and executing multi-channel marketing plans for company-wide integrated events, and building and maintaining a robust international marketing strategy.
Develops consumer-driven cross-vertical marketing strategies and project plans to present Gilt as a lifestyle destination during key retail holidays and seasons
Socializes a prioritized framework and roadmap on how best to service each consumer segment?s needs and shopping preferences; Partners with cross-functional leaders on implementation of recommendations
Leads integrated marketing for International with a particular focus on (a) international integration into relevant cross-promotional campaigns, (b) integrated support of international campaigns and (c) cross-channel strategy development and optimization based on international consumer insights
Manages and optimizes annual cross-promotional marketing budget
Acts as integrated marketing liaison, thought partner and/or project manager for other ad hoc brand and consumer-centric initiatives, as needed
Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus.
4 - 6 years of marketing experience preferably in ecommerce
Consumer insights skills desirable. International marketing experience is a plus
Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics across multiple online marketing channels
Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills
Experienced in developing and executing creative briefs and marketing plans
Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with retail as well as online metrics
Ability to generate and quickly execute upon actionable recommendations based on synthesized data
Self-motivated, nimble and highly results-driven
Outstanding project management and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with limited resources
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and web analytics
