The Senior Manager of Ad Solutions is responsible for delivering the best and most appropriate solutions for our clients across a variety of digital game platforms- online, social and mobile.. You will develop both scalable and specific ad solutions for a variety of client needs and work with our portfolio of game developer partners to confirm applicable implementation. You will strongly influence advertising product roadmap, be the subject matter expert on all ad products, and ensure that we are effectively selling and positioning these products correctly. This role will also be responsible for maximizing the revenue of our solutions by creating solution packages and coordination across groups. There will be continuous opportunities to collaborate with various internal departments including Product Development/Engineering, Ad Operations, and Sales Marketing. This position will report directly to the VP of Business Development.
Work with the business, sales and product development and teams to define new ad solutions and packages
Work deeply with a wide array of publisher partners to understand their product roadmap and ways that Wildtangent ad solutions could provide greater monetization opportunities
Develop processes and workflows to ensure inter-departmental cooperation for launching or maintaining products.
Perform sales and publisher pipeline reviews to ensure product and sales alignment.
Lead cross-functional launch initiatives to drive sales readiness and successful adoption of our new ad products.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the marketplace.
Provide sales force with required training, resources, presentations and other tools required to properly position and sell products and understand publisher supply
Develop publisher strategy and inventory modeling by working closely with Advertising Operations
Support 3rd Party Ad Sales with network strategy, modeling and packaging.
Assist with RFP process, as needed.
3-5 years? experience in product marketing or sales/business development in digital media.
Solid understanding of the digital media landscape, particularly online, social and mobile gaming.
Ability to multi-task projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, consensus building and creative thinking skills as well.
Has a strong work ethic and ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
Stellar time management capability and highly organized.
Ability to be analytical and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
