Sr. Manager - Product Development & Marketing WhiteFence

WhiteFence, one of the fastest growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, business-focused, service-minded individual to join our dynamic company as a Sr. Manager- Product Development & Marketing. This individual will lead the marketing and site development for new products.

Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding and keeping up to date with the competitive landscape and industry trends in order to create and enhance new products

Spearhead the build, the launch, marketing and enhancements of new and existing product offerings

Work closely with technical, marketing and operational personnel to create overall site look/feel and to optimize the consumer experience to drive both traffic and conversion.

Improve the sales organizations ability to sell key accounts through effective sales communications

Responsible for understanding all aspects of the business, and new product offerings in the pipeline, and delivering creative and effective marketing solutions to support launch and sales.

Contribute and/or present product plans and updates to Senior Management

Requirements



Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, MIS or related fields
5+ years in category and/or online product development and/or management
Excellent understanding of e-commerce technologies and solutions, with experience in mobile and social products preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polished presentation skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships across the company internally and externally
Ability to manage time and prioritize projects based on importance and urgency
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
High degree of self motivation and initiative
Passion for creating market-leading products
