Sr. Manager, Product Marketing Enkata Technologies

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the success of Enkata?s Desktop Analytics Product. They will be working closely with all business functions, from sales and marketing product management and engineering, to drive sales growth and strategic differentiation. The PMM is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with cross functional teams to drive a successful product strategy. This is a key role within Enkata, responsible for the overall success of a core product initiative.
Own the success of the product, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Development to build on Enkata?s success.
Act as the leading product expert and thought leader for the solution portfolio ? for external audiences including customers, analysts and media.
Develop and maintain competitive analysis and market analysis;
Work with Product Management to develop and maintain product strategies based on customer needs, market drivers and company vision;
Create and contribute content for internal and external communications such as newsletters, PR placement, magazine articles, analyst briefings, etc.
Translate top level product segmentation into differentiated product and product feature strategy.
7-10 years of experience with product marketing and/or product management in enterprise software or On-Demand/SaaS solutions within the contact center, analytics or performance management space.
Bachelor?s degree required, MBA a plus;
Strong outbound marketing skills, including positioning and communications
Ability to articulate the business value proposition of technology, best practices and lessons learned from customers and the market;
Proven track record in working with customers and leveraging customers for reference-based marketing;
Experience with high-tech, enterprise sales cycles and ability to work with the sales team to close large transactions;
Strategic thinking, business acumen, positioning/marketing savvy, product/technical depth, presentation skills, credibility with sales teams, customers, analysts and the media;
Demonstrated experience as a persuasive and persistent advocate for customer needs;
Excellent cross functional team leader;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Strong presentation skills to ?C? level individuals;
