Sr. Manager, Sales Development Technorati

Technorati Media is looking for a top notch leader to drive our sales development efforts and team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will manage all aspects of sales marketing to enable the sales team to effectively present our solutions and products to our clients. This individual should also have a keen knowledge of the industry landscape and competetive offerings in the digital and social space.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and mentor sales development team to keep effective and efficient process and procedures
Partner and/or lead other marketing projects including: events, client promotions, outreach
Generate collateral for all products and services
Oversee proposal development and big idea generation for clients
Train sales on new product offerings and generate the supporting marketing material
Ensure sales has all necessary materials, pricing guidelines, etc. to effectively answer every RFP
Create case studies and specific vertical packages for key client categories
Work with ad operations team to learn and incorporate past successes into new pitches
Collaborate with product, adops, network, engineering, and business development to drive product innovation and support
Track close ratio performance month to month
Stay current with developments in online advertising, advertising technology, and social media.
Keep abreast of competitive offerings to help drive our own differentiated solutions and programs, etc
Qualifications/Experience:
5+ years of agency side media planning or media side sales support
Experience within a digital advertising environment required.
Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to details.
Proven ability to work well within a fast paced environment
A mastery of Powerpoint and/or Keynote
Degree in marketing preferred but not a requirement
