Sr Manager Service Management - Wholesale Integra Telecom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionResponsible for leading, managing and developing Service Managers who serve as a liaison between Integra Telecom and assigned Wholesale Account Customers. Ensure customer retention and growth within assigned team account base. Oversee regular and proactive contact with assigned accounts regarding customer needs, recommended service changes and upgrades, billing issues, overall customer service, customer training, and technical issues occur. Lead in the development and implementation of account management strategies to ensure quality customer solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Qualified candidates at all levels will possess:
?5-7 years working experience in a customer service management type role in, preferably within the telecommunications field.
?Demonstrated experience managing employees, specifically within a service function.
?Demonstrated experience in medium to large customer account management, specifically telecommunications and Wholesale/Carrier accounts.
?Basic knowledge of local exchange, long distance, data/internet products, PBX systems and telecommunications operations.
?Intermediate understanding of Wholesale products such as, but not limited to; Ethernet over Fiber/Copper, Wavelength offerings, TDM, and Cell Tower Backhaul.
?Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate Wholesale or complex Service Level Agreements in the interest of managing customer expectations and delivering best-in-class service.
?Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills.
?Ability to conduct large group meetings and presentations for internal and external clients at all levels of the organization.
?Exceptional verbal and written communication skills which demonstrate techniques in persuasion, selling, negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service.
?Computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentation and word processing programs. Possess knowledge of company processes and organizational structure.
?Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information.
Management experience within a CLEC. Experience using Microsoft Office software programs.
