The Sr. Manager, Solution Services ? Latin America is responsible for the overall deployment of TOA?s software solutions, managing both the pre-sales resources and disparate and remote service delivery teams across multiple clients in the Latin American region. They own the relationship with the highest-level customer stakeholders to ensure the goals at both the project level and the enterprise level are being met.
This person reports to the Sr. Director of Customer Operations for Latin America and manages remote teams, consisting of Business Systems Analysts, Project Managers, and Solution Architects who deliver new client implementation projects and client change requests.
Monitors the delivery of services and resources, ensuring projects are progressing to completion and delivery resources have what they need to be successful.
Utilizes their Solution Architect background to serve as the gatekeeper between the needs of the business and the technical resources required for execution.
Will be heavily involved in requirements gathering sessions with TOA?s customer to understand the current state and define the future state of their business and system requirements for the configuration of the ETAdirect solution.
This person is responsible for the quality of deployments, and the efficiency of the TOA delivery system.
Manages the Sales Consultant in the region to work collaboratively with Sales to provide support and consultation as well as ensure compliance with implementation protocols.
Works cross-functionally on all aspects of Service Delivery that interact with other TOA departments.
Works collaboratively to offer insight, experience and value to the TOA PMO team.
Bachelor?s degree in a Technical field (MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering or other related degrees). Master degree is a plus.
Must be fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish
10+ years demonstrated experience as systems consultant working on system selection, architecture, replacement and improvement initiatives as a consultant or solution architect, specifically in a consulting or software vendor capacity.
5+ years experience managing teams of SW delivery
Strong preference for experience in the workforce management industry and/or with OSS/BSS,ERP and/or CRM systems, or other complex, enterprise-wide software implementations.
Background in the estimation, planning, analysis and design coupled with a polished, consultative approach to cultivate customer relationships, manage expectations and communicate comprehensive solutions that best leverage the value of TOA?s solution.
Must have experience working remotely from a home-office.
Applied business and technical experience is essential including a good Understanding of Business Rules & Constraints.
Applied skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, outstanding verbal and written communications and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, consulting, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, to both technical and non ? technical audiences.
Extensive customer-management experience.
