As the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing the marketing and communications activities of NetMotion Wireless. In this position, you will provide strategic and tactical support for our growing software company. You will own the management of marcom areas such as customer/partner/prospect communications, customer newsletters, sales tools, online marketing, social media, the corporate website, public and analyst relations, video and rich media and lead nurturing. You will work closely with product marketing, product management, sales, customers, IT, channel partners and field marketing to develop content for all outward facing materials.

NetMotion Wireless develops software to manage and secure wireless data deployments for organizations with mobile field workers. Manage the global communications programs including advertising, digital marketing, content syndication, direct mail, sales tools, sales promotions, social media, public and analyst relations and customer case studies.
Oversee the creative development and other elements needed for lead generation programs including lead fulfillment/nurturing to provide fully integrated lead generation.
Collaborate with and advise key stakeholders on the most effective and appropriate marketing communication strategies and tactics for delivering key messages and information.
Manage the corporate website and all online activities including SEO, SEM and Social Media
Oversee the development of both print and online advertising
Manage the library of and assist in creation of sales and marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies and product sheets
Oversee and/or assist in the development and distribution of materials, such as customer announcements, company fact sheets, direct mail, newsletters, videos, sales presentations, promotional items, etc.
Oversee the promotions and development of support materials for all industry-related trade shows, carrier events, conferences, training activities, webinars, and symposiums.
Write (or work with other teams within NetMotion to author), maintain and manage content on corporate Web sites as well as localized sites and landing pages.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing communications initiatives and channels.
Collaborate with other team members and external vendors as needed, including graphic designers, printers, freelance writers, etc. to ensure timely and cost effective completion of initiatives.
Build analyst and press relationships and manage the public relations firm
Monitor the marketing communications budget and assess the mix of promotional mediums to evaluate cost-effectiveness and results.
Track, review and measure effectiveness of brand awareness lead generation activities and marketing communications programs.
Manage and deliver other communications projects and duties as assigned.

In this position you will be successful if you have 10 or more years of progressive marketing communications experience that includes strategic marketing in B to B environments. Strong writing and editorial skills are crucial to this role. Additionally you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write and present information clearly, concisely and creatively.
Experience managing a small team.
Competent in authoring content for website copy, telemarketing scripts, email blasts, newsletters, case studies, white papers, datasheets and other marketing collateral or customer facing tools.
Proven leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and execute marketing communication ideas.
Experience in digital marketing, database marketing, lead nurturing and list accrual/management.
Able to take initiative in researching, proposing, and championing new ways of communicating messages and brand value.
Current on the latest marketing communications/web related strategies and tactics.
Strong organizational skills to effectively assist in the management of multiple projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines, within budget and with high quality
Strong attention to detail.
A team player with a get-it-done, can-do attitude
Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with multiple projects/deliverables in process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
Familiar with Salesforce.com, Ektron CMS and Genius preferred.
Willingness to travel as required (less than 10%).
