Sr. Marketing Coordinator Manta

Help to drive Manta's brand awareness among small business owners and the millions of customers who connect with them everyday on Manta.As the Sr. Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting our sales and corporate events marketing activities. Drafting proposals and marketing materials, all while helping to support our overall marketing initiatives. As a marketing team member, you will be interacting daily across multiple facets of our cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design and development all while participating in team strategy discussions for the launch of new products and campaigns.
A strong candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborative problem-solver while being positive, flexible and poised under pressure.
What you'll be doing:
Plan, execute and track all logistical aspects of sales and corp. marketing events and conferences
Monitor event timelines and schedules for event deliverables
coordinate projects and events from concept through implementation with close attention to detail
Organize materials needed for speaking and awards submissions
Stay informed of best practices and trends in order to continually improve sales/marketing events strategy, management and tactics
Work with Product and Corporate Marketing to help drive key marketing initiatives
maintain calendar of marketing activities and coordinate efforts of marketing team and vendors to ensure that deadlines are met
What you need to know:
Bachelor degree
2-3 years experience with sales and event marketing
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Knowledge of social media platforms
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience working with senior business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders
