As we grow our business, we are looking for a seasoned acquisition marketing leader to build, manage, and execute our customer acquisition marketing channels. You will be in charge of managing StumbleUpon?s customer acquisition budget and using it to develop and drive performance strategies to bring new customers to our products in an ROI- and LTV-positive fashion. This role is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to lean in with performance and conversion marketing skills and have end-to-end management over the customer acquisition budget for the web?s leading social discovery platform.
Manage StumbleUpon?s customer acquisition marketing programs and budgets, developing programs to source and convert new users into StumbleUpon?s mobile, web, and toolbar/extension products
Establish performance goals per channel and optimize campaigns to ROI positivity
Lead StumbleUpon?s email programs, optimizing send volume, open rate, and click rates per email and establishing new email types to increase acquisition and retention
BA/BS with strong performance in quantitative coursework and demonstrated analytical success; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in web marketing
Demonstrated hands on experience with performance and acquisition marketing a must, including experience in one or more of SEM, mobile, and toolbar or affiliate marketing programs
Strong quantitative skills; demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, analyze relevant drivers, and develop thoughtful recommendations and plans that impact key business metrics.
Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and willing to roll up one?s sleeves to tackle opportunities head-on.
Understanding of StumbleUpon's products, and passion for consumer Internet products.
