We?re looking for candidates who can demonstrate a consistent ability to think critically about client marketing challenges, use creativity to address those challenges, and present their ideas in a coherent and compelling fashion.
Support Sales as the orchestrator of exceptional client proposals
Assess and understand client business challenges
Distill complex information into clear plans of action
Manage proposal strategy and ideation with internal groups including Sales, Marketing, Content Strategy, and Publishers & Community teams
Creation of PowerPoint proposals that are triumphs of elegant simplicity over generic complexity
Manage internal processes for collaborative implementation of sold programs with FM?s Operations teams
Expert in all FM products and packages. Updates supporting collateral materials. Liaise with Product team and related departments. Train FM team on products, process, etc.
Interpret and package data and insights into clear, compelling marketing stories/presentations. Collaborate closely with Research Marketing Manager on identifying needs, determining strategy, etc.
Work closely with the Publishers & Community team on conveying Ad Sales Marketing needs
Client-facing partner with Sales to present proposals as needed
Train and mentor Marketing colleagues and other FM departments who support marketing efforts and collaborate with the team on a day-to-day basis.

Intellectual curiosity combined with a commercial instinct
Excellent creative problem solving aptitude, detail-oriented, organization and writing skills
At least 7 years work experience in a marketing or advertising-related role
Direct experience in the Internet advertising industry is preferred.
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and strong desire to train and mentor team members
Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
This position will be based in FMP?s New York City office.
Required to sit for long periods of time
Infrequent light physical effort required
