As the Sr. Marketing Programs leader, you will participate in every stage of the sales cycle to ensure our integrated outreach efforts meet the needs of both the sales group and the corporate strategy programs. You will need to be able to drive the implementation of programs in support of the overall marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned areas ? including new strategic initiatives?. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of sales objectives and corporate outreach.
Two aspects to the position:
1. Sales Related: Develop, design and execute lead acquisition; nurture programs and strategic marketing programs aimed at supporting the sales force in their efforts to meet bookings targets and RSi?s expansion to senior levels within organizations.
2. RSi Brand: Oversee an integrated series of marketing campaigns as a portfolio for brand and outreach at the Corporate. Place RSi into the fray of leading companies in the valley.
Primary Responsibilities:
This person will focus specifically on developing
Integrated marketing campaigns & lead generation programs that ensure targets are met for all programs and ensuring the correct mix- geo. region- company targets
Content management: understanding our assets and their usage to drive awareness and sales
Web marketing & redesign of web site for lead gen
Support new messaging and image efforts
Front end marketing automation system ? tie in to sf.com; build out metrics and reporting; lead loading
Key member of sf.com team to create full prospecting to sales closure funnel & metrics
Events: support sales events; strategically involve us in new events (Gartner; marketing?); co-develop user group conferences

Skills and Experience Required:
Experience in B2B enterprise software market
CPG or Retailer experience a strong plus
Candidate must have complete marketing campaign management experience (from creation to reporting), with an emphasis on technical/analytical skills required to drive successful campaigns. These need to be developed as integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including content creation, execution and monitoring campaigns
Excellent organizational skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time - must be able to work in a team environment with players from many different organizations - superior attention to details
Must understand SEO and SEM and effect on web registration volume
Worked with marketing and sales automation systems to create campaigns and report on results
Understanding of sales process and functional knowledge of SalesForce CRM ? and use of dashboard reporting
Knowledge of marketing automation and its integration with CRM
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA Preferred) with 8-10 years marketing experience
