Sr.Mgr/Dir of Ad Operations and Remnant Yield Fixya

Proven experience in trafficking ads and managing remnant yield for a large scale publisher or a network.
A master of DFP and Adsense.
Proficiency with Adex and other large marketplaces and RTB's
Solid experience in optimizing remnant performance and meeting revenue objectives.
Heavy Rolodex of remnant networks and negotiating skills to forge new relationships
Account management skills and qualifications.
Work well in a high pressure, ambiguous and dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills and proficiency in analytical thinking and problem solving.
A leader, who has experience in building and an aging ops teams.
Owner and executor at the same time
Mobile ads/networks experience, a BIG plus
8+ years of successful experience in Ad Operations with 2+ years in a team lead role.
8+ years experience with web analytics and ad-serving technologies.
Extensive working knowledge of ad-servers (DoubleClick, Atlas, etc.) and of web analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst, WebTrends, Google Analytics, etc.)
Data Procurement Experience with 3rd Party Data Providers and DMP's.
Media Procurement Experience working with DSP's, SSP's, Ad networks, and Ad Exchanges.
Strong work ethic; desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent communication, organization, project management and presentation skills.
Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or advanced statistical degree preferred.
