Sr Mgr or Dir, Demand Generation Programs & Operations NetBase Solutions
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED In this role, you will flawlessly execute our lead generation marketing programs to leverage innovation, audit the lead flow, and utilize/track/analyze marketing metrics and reporting. You will leverage Marketing Automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce.com) tools and practices to help drive and track quality leads through the demand funnel.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations and Product Marketing to ensure proper alignment of goals, Service Level Agreements and delivery of marketing qualified leads and sales accepted leads that improve lead follow up, quality of leads and conversions in order to help fuel revenue for our rapidly growing business.
Audit and report on lead-generation and lead-nurturing programs, processes and metrics to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the lead flow.
Work in Marketo and Salesforce.com to measure, track and analyze marketing programs and performance so that real-time corrections can be made.
Participate in an established lead follow up process that the tele-prospecting team follows.
Project manage integrated campaigns to ensure coordination and flawless execution, including customized landing pages, social media marketing, e-mail campaigns, webinars, etc.
Test, track and refine components of our marketing mix (social media & groups, lists, e-mail templates, landing pages, offers, advertising etc.) to enable the continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness.
Develop and execute on a plan to grow our database and reduce our unsubscribers.
Work closely with VP, Lead Generation who will manage our portfolio of demand generation programs in order to ensure optimal results of lead programs and campaigns through excellent planning, execution and tracking.in
Track and analyze on an ongoing basis new and nurtured lead performance results, current initiatives, and course corrections that the data indicates should be taken.
Develop and test campaigns, landing pages, lists etc. to continually identify ways to improve conversion rates.
Minimum 7+ years marketing experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Demand Generation for B2B software or technology company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
Deep experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
Lead generation process auditing experience required.
Familiarity with social media marketing, e.g. LinkedIn groups and advertising, Twitter, etc.
Proven experience aligning with sales organizations.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills ? must have an interest and skill in analyzing and making meaning out of data.
