Sr. MOCVD Equipment Engineer EpiWorks

Description:
EpiWorks is seeking experienced candidates to provide high level engineering support for MOCVD production equipment and procedures. Track, monitor and improve key production parameters of equipment uptime, utilization and output. Collect, and analyze production data. Based on data, design hardware solutions and/or procedures to improve each performance metric. Lead troubleshooting efforts. Oversee preventative maintenance planning, and review performance for effectiveness and efficiency. Improve PM procedures and routines. Work with development engineers to provide expert level technical support and to implement new processes and procedures

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Education: B.S. or M.S. degree in ECE, Materials Science or similar
Experience/knowledge of epitaxial growth processes particularly applicable for III-V compound semiconductors and electronic devices.
