The Senior Oracle ERP Programmer Analyst is senior technical role in Oracle Business Applications Team. Candidates should have at least 8 years of technical experience with Oracle applications development, especially with Quote to Cash modules. The individual in this role will work with functional team members to understand the requirements and implement technical design and development. Ideal candidate is expected to have good functional skills/experience in Quote to Cash.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for all Oracle EBS Application projects.
Collaborate with technical, functional and business team on system analysis, design and implementation of new projects/features in systems.
Investigate issues reported during project testing phase and production issues and perform root cause analysis, drive technical designs/solution.
Experience in writing interfaces, conversions, datafix scripts, reports and workflow customizations.
Apply SDLC procedures and practices for all activities and deliverables
Provide operational support to internal clients, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Conduct system testing, both for minor enhancements and large projects.
Ensure quality of changes to the application systems portfolio.
Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues with E-Business Suite functionality.
Demonstrate accountability for meeting milestones and delivery of a quality product.
Ensure Oracle change management procedures are followed and documented properly for all Oracle changes to meet SOX audit requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
8 years of Oracle eBusiness Suite Experience. Release 12 experience will be preferred.
Skills/Experience in following Oracle Application modules ? Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Installed Base, Service Contracts, Accounts Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger.
Experience with Oracle Applications Technology foundation, design and development using tools PLSQL, Oracle Forms, reports, XML Publisher, Workflow and SQL loader.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues from the front-end and back-end. Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Oracle standard functionality and/or customizations.
Very good understanding of Oracle application Order to cash data models and functionality.
Full knowledge of developing concurrent jobs and reports.
Experience with Oracle RDBMS development technologies.
Knowledge or experience of Oracle eCommerce Gateway is preferred.
Experience in other technologies like OA Framework, ADF, SFDC will be huge plus.
Bachelor?s degree in computer science or related technical degree preferred.
Very good problem solving skills and self-starter candidate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong hands-on technical development and Oracle application configuration skills.
